Obituary of Adam Mielczynski

MIELCZYNSKI, Adam – Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2016 at the age of 31. He will be sadly missed by his parents, Grzegorz “Greg” and Gosia and his twin brother, Krzysztof (Chris.) He will be remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends both in Canada and Poland. Visitation will be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 10am to 11:45am. Liturgy of the Word will be held in the chapel at 12:00pm. Reception to follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Adam’s memory may be made to the Salvation Army.
