ALLEN, Emily Kate

On Sunday November 12th, 2018 Kate passed away at Providence Care hospital surrounded by her three children Jessica (Dave Wilson), Johnny (Stephanie McGuinty) and Dylan (Taylor Swan). Kate is survived by her three loving children, parents Ralph Allen and Bridget (Ludzer) Vandermolen, partner Randy Leach and his children Ella, Calum and Clara and siblings James Allen, Vicki Allen, Luke Allen, Olivia (Brian) Coughtrey, and Rebekah Vandermolen. Preceded by her sister Charmian Allen. She will be remembered and cherished by many nieces and nephews as well as by her three grandchildren Charlie, Audrey and Grace, whom she adored. 

Kate perfected the subtle art of living the good life. She built her own path through the day to day noise and always focused her energy into what mattered most, loving her family. She was a Mother to many beyond her own children, opening her door to all and feeding their bellies with home cooked food and their souls with love and laughter. A celebration of her life will be held on December 1st, 2018 at 1072 Johnson Street between 2pm-6pm.
