Obituary of Kenneth Leslie McNairn

MCNAIRN, Kenneth Leslie
On Wednesday, November 7, 2018, Ken passed away peacefully following a short unexpected and untimely illness.  At the time of his death, he was 80 years old.  Born in 1938 in McNairn, New Brunswick to Harry and Ida McNairn.  Ken is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Gloria (Boal).  He will be missed by his children, Ron (Sandra) and Jeanette Williams.  Poppy will also be missed by his grandchildren, Shawn (Jessica), Jessica, Shanah (Dave) and Matthew.  His great-grandchildren, Hannah, Jaxon, Mary, Lilly and Kaelen will miss the tall tales that Poppy had to share.  Dear brother of Laurie (Norma) and Pearl Burton.  Predeceased by siblings, Mildred, Beatrice, Russell, Gladys, Marina, Stuart and Verna.  Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and friends.  Thank you to the family and nurses that helped until the end.  In keeping with the wishes of the family, cremation is in the care of JAMES REID CREMATORIUM.  There will be no visitation, however, a private family service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the charity of your choice.
