Obituary of Kenneth Eugene Miller

MILLER, Kenneth Eugene -
February 16, 1928 - October 31, 2018
Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Helen Henderson Care Centre, at the age of 90. Born in Picton and raised by his beloved parents, Reverend Percy and Gladys Miller. He served in the Royal Canadian Air Force for five years and worked at Celanese Canada Inc. for over 30 years. Married to Betty May (Wright) for 67 years. They managed "Ken & Betty's" general store in Adolphustown where they raised their two children, Stephen Wright Miller (deceased) and Valerie Yvonne (Kevin Fredricks). Dearly loved by daughter-in-law, Susan Ohlman (Miller) and her husband Kevin. Adored as "Grandpa" by all his grandchildren and their families. Dear brother of Lois Martin (late Wesley). Visitation will be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, (1900 John Counter Boulevard), on Sunday, November 4th from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  A "Celebration of Life" service will be held at POLSON PARK FREE METHODIST CHURCH , (Portsmouth at Miles Avenue), on Monday, November 5th at 11:00 a.m. with a brief visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Riverview Cemetery in Napanee. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Ken's memory to Polson Park Free Methodist Church.
