Obituary of Lucille Mary Harmer

HARMER, Lucille M.-
Passed away unexpectedly at her home, in Kingston, on Monday, October 22, 2018, age 88 years. Lucille (nee Charbonneau), beloved wife of 59 years to Gordon Harmer who predeceased her in 2012.  Loving mother to children, Joan Harmer-Minick (Derwyn) and Lorne Harmer.  Dear grandmother to Amber, Mercedes, Cody and Jacob, and great-grandmother to Ava and Charlotte.  Loved by her many nieces and nephews.  Lucille is predeceased by her sisters, Eileen and Gisele and brother Paul.  While Lucille enjoyed travelling with Gord, for both business and pleasure, she was also passionate in her volunteer work throughout her marriage.In accordance with Lucille's wishes, cremation will be in the care of James Reid Crematorium.  A Memorial Reception in celebration of her life will be held in the JAMES REID RECEPTION AND CELEBRATION CENTRE, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, Kingston, (please enter from the rear parking lot), on Tuesday, October 30 between the hours of 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.  As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (Dementia Program at Providence Care) in her memory.
