Obituary of Florence McCoy

McCOY, Florence L.

1932-2018

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Florence in Kingston, on Sunday, October 21, 2018.  Florence, loving wife of 63 years to Alex McCoy.  Beloved Mom of Judy Austin (Steve), Carolyn Goodberry (Gary) and Chris McCoy (Lisa).   Proud Grandma of Tiffany, Christy, Luke, Melissa and Alexander (Brittany) and seven great grandchildren. Florence is survived by her dear sister Norma Cowan and was predeceased by her sister Joan Duffe and brother Allan Duffe.  Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston.  Friends will be received on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 1:00 pm, followed by the interment at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens.  As an expression of sympathy, donations in Florence’s memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
