Obituary of Beryl Jane Smith

SMITH, Beryl Jane
Peacefully at Helen Henderson Care Centre surrounded by the love of family, on Monday, September 3, 2018.  Beryl (nee Sweetman), in her 86th year, beloved wife of Bob (R.J.) Smith.  Survived by her children, Jo Anne Pirstl and Robert Pirstl.  Lovingly remembered by seven step-children, 16 step-grandchildren and 12 step-great grandchildren.  Survived by sisters, Mary Howes and June Binks and predeceased by brother, George Snowden.  Beryl will be sadly missed by her life-long friend, Joyce Smith.  Cremation in the care of James Reid Crematorium.  A memorial service will be held at EDITH RANKIN MEMORIAL UNITED CHURCH, 4080 Bath Road, on Saturday, September 8 at 2:00 pm.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 1:50 pm, and during a reception at the conclusion of the service.  As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to, The Alzheimer Society, University Hospitals Kingston Foundation or Edith Rankin Memorial United Church.
