Our family is extremely grateful and cannot say enough to and about the Adult Day Program at The Grace Centre, located at  SOUTHERN FRONTENAC COMMUNITY SERVICES CORPORATION, P. O. Box 43, 4295 Stagecoach Road, Sydenham, ON  K0H 2T0, and is under the direction of Southern Frontenac Community Services. They firmly believe in family values and support being with family is the best place to be.  What an amazing organization. The Adult Day Program team are more than staff or employees, they are "family".  They build special connections and bonds with each person in their care.  Smiles and laughter assures them and us that what they do is worth every moment. They do what they do so people like our Dad can have the loving care and compassion of 'family' during the day when work obligations take us away from each other.  In our situation, we wouldn't have been able to have Dad live with us as long as he did without this valuable community service. A special message to The Grace Centre; We are forever your 'fans' and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.  We'll fondly share our amazing experience of Dad's years at The Grace Centre. What an amazing opportunity it was for us to have our father in your care.  We humbly ask that in lieu of flowers, donations in Milton's memory be made payable by cheque to: SFCSC (Memo portion of cheque should state: The Adult Day Program - The Grace Centre), or if preferred, payment by VISA or Mastercard will be accepted. DONATE ONLINE DIRECTLY TO WWW.SFCSC.CA AND FOLLOW THE PROMPTS, OR CALL 613-376-6477 OR MAIL TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ABOVE.
