Obituary of Yvonne Evelyn Larocque

LAROCQUE, Yvonne Evelyn-
January 5, 1931 - June 5, 2018
Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Kingston on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 at the age of 87. Born and raised in Napanee by her beloved Grandmother, Dora Barnes. She was a graduate of the School of Nursing at the University of Ottawa and served as a registered nurse at Kingston General Hospital for over 30 years.  Predeceased by her parents Edward and Grace Larocque and her dear Uncle Buck (Clarence Barnes) whom she adored. Dearly loved by Ken and Betty Miller and all their family. An intimate graveside service will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Napanee on Tuesday, June 19th at 11 a.m. The family would like to express our thanks for the wonderful help and care given by the Extendicare staff and by Dr. Demetz and Dr. Hay of the Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Yvonne's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario.
