SMITH, Teresa

On March 22, 2018 following a courageous battle, surrounded by family, Teresa closed her eyes, quieted her pain and entered eternal peace at the young age of 50. Teresa was predeceased by her husband Hylton Jr. Deeply loved mother of Patrick, Jake (Amber) Bruce, and Hope. Beloved sister of Wendy, and Daughter of Patrick and Wonita (VanKoughnett). Extremely proud Grandma to Caleb and Sophia-Rose. Teresa will be deeply missed by her nieces, extended family and friends. A private service has been held.
