Obituary of William Donald Ellis

ELLIS, William Donald
As a life long Pharmacist, Bill spent several years in the family business, C. Ellis Drugs in Kapuskasing until 1979. He then continued on with his professional career in Southwestern Ontario until his retirement. 
Bill passed away peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre-KGH on Monday, January 22, 2018, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn (nee Steiss). Dear father of Bob Ellis (his wife Michelle), and the late John Ellis (his wife Cheryl).  Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Danielle Keyes (Dave) and Andrew Ellis; Jamie and Joanna Ellis, and great grandsons William, Hudson and Wyatt. In accordance with Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place at James Reid Crematorium.  A Memorial Reception will be held in the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, CELEBRATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, Kingston on Saturday, February 3 between the hours 3:00 and 5:00 pm, with Words of Remembrance at 4:00 pm. (Please enter the Reception Centre from the rear parking lot).  As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Salvation Army in Mr. Ellis' memory.
