Obituary of Thelma Antoinette Smith

SMITH, Thelma Antoinette (née Graveline)
November 14, 1940 - July 29, 2017
After a long battle fought with bravery and grace, Thelma died at the Kingston General Hospital at the age of 76 surrounded by family. She is survived by her two sons Gregory Graveline and Jeffery Smith, son-in-law Jimmy Moorhouse, daughter-in-law Wendy Smith and granddaughter Mallory Smith. She will be missed by her brothers and sisters; Edward (Beulah), Maurice (Lenore), Gerald (Barbara), Simone (Donald), Michael (Marjorie), Donna (Peter) and Paul (Lynn) as well as her countless nieces and nephews and granddogs Teddy, Angus and Dougall.  Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the I.C.U on Davies 2 and 4 for her exceptional care.  A celebration of Thelma’s life will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers kindly consider a donation to your favourite charity in Thelma’s name.
