Obituary of Catherine Leona Huff

HUFF, Catherine Leona -
On Tuesday, April 25, 2017, beloved wife of the late James Huff and loving mother of the late Carolyn Dalton (Peter).  Survived by dear daughter Bonnie Sweeting (David) of Lakefield, dear grandmother of Michael Dalton (Natalie) of Almonte and Christopher Dalton (Emily) of Brockville.  Great grandmother of Tyler Dalton, Amber Holmes and Keegan Dalton.  Best friend William Asselstine of Odessa.  Aunt of Christopher, Susan and Elizabeth of the Storms family of Picton and sister-in-law, Helen Storms.  Predeceased by brothers, Lester, Lavern, Gordon and Ted Storms of Picton and predeceased by her sister Elizabeth Patterson of Calgary.  She loved them all dearly.  Cremation with a memorial service to be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Saturday, May 6 at 1:00 pm.  Friends will be received prior to the service from 12 noon until 12:50 pm. Following the inurnment at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens there will be a reception in the James Reid Reception Centre.  As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Kingston Humane Society or the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.  The family would like to thank the staff of Orchard View by the Mississippi, the doctors and staff with The Ottawa Hospital- Civic Campus, the Almonte General Hospital and Dr. Ma for their compassionate care of Catherine.
