Obituary of Jack Wells

WELLS, John Adrian “Jack” – 33 years KGH Peacefully at KGH after suffering a stroke, five months ago, Jack passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2016 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of 56 years to Bunny. Deeply loved father of Tammy (Stephen), Tom (Suellen) and Tim (Kevin). Loving grandfather of Adrian, Bradley, Ben and great-grandson, Nathan. Predeceased by his parents, Norman and Helen Wells and his sister, Margaret Barton. The family wishes to thank the staff at KGH on K7 for their care and support. Visitation will be held at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Blvd., on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 2:00pm. Interment to follow at Cataraqui Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions in Jack’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
