Obituary of Noele Murano

MURANO, Noele 1934-2016 Died peacefully with his family by his side, at the Kingston General Hospital, on December 12th , in his 83rd year. Noele, beloved husband of 62 years to Rosina (nee Gencarelli). Much loved dad of Pasquale (Gwen) and Giuseppe, papa of Katherine Coles (Dan), Abigail (Bill), Noele (Aryn) and Nate (Lyndsey) and bisnonno of Ella, Isaac, Faith, Sam, Eli, Ari and Ava. Noele was predeceased by his parents Pasquale and Angelina, his brothers Francesco, Raffaele, Giuseppe and Biagio and by his sisters Teressa and Assunta. He will be missed by his sister Bomina of Italy, sisters-in-law Ortenza and Francesca and by numerous nieces and nephews. Noele’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff on Connell 3 and 10 at KGH for the wonderful care that he received. Friends will be received on Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 1:00 pm at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 392 Palace Road, Kingston. Rite of Committal will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. For those who wish donation in Noele’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society.
