Obituary of Dorothy Mable Coe

COE, Dorothy Mable (nee Light) 1922-2016 Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, in her 94th year. Loved mother of Robert (Joanne) and survived by her grandsons Michael (Anna), Jeffrey and Shaun (Catherine) and great-granddaughters Beth, Mickey and Isla. Predeceased by husband Garnet, son David and infant daughter Lynda and by seven siblings. Fondly remembered as "Aunt Dolly" by numerous nieces and nephews and by Joan, Greg and Bradley (Carly) Kelly. Special thank you to the nurses and doctors of the Emergency Dept. and Davies 4 ICU for the wonderful care given to Dorothy. Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, with visitation on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 6-8 pm and on Monday, December 5, 2016 from 12:30-1:15 pm. Service will follow in the chapel at 1:30 pm, with interment to follow at Cataraqui Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations in Dorothy's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society (KFLA) or the Sunshine Foundation of Canada.
