Obituary of Carol Fay Green

GREEN, Carol Fay (nee Thompson) Peacefully passed away with family at her side at Rideaucrest Home in Kingston, ON, on Saturday, November 19, 2016. Carol, in her 80th year, was the loving wife of the late Edward (Ted) Green. Daughter of the late Richard & Edna Thompson and sister to the late June Lake and Kathleen Hay. Survived by her son Michael (Jane) of Lindsay, ON, granddaughter Sara (Scott) of Newmarket, ON, great- grandson Brock, nieces, nephews and dear friend Dawn Switzer (Gord) of Kingston. Family and friends will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, Kingston, on Friday, November 25 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, and prior to the service on Saturday, November 26 from 10:00 am. until 10:50 am. Funeral service to follow in the Chapel at 11:00 am, with Reverend Barbara Stewart officiating. A graveside service will be held in the spring at St. James' Anglican Cemetery in Port Cunnington, ON. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations can be made to the Navy League of Canada, or St. James' Anglican Church, Port Cunnington, ON.
