Obituary of Andre' Arpin

ARPIN, Andre July 18, 1938 - November 20, 2016 Unexpectedly at the Kingston General Hospital, Andre died peacefully while tenderly holding the hand of his loving wife, Margaret (nee Tully). Dear father of Stephen Arpin (Patricia) of Markham and David Arpin (Rebecca) of Uxbridge. Affectionately remembered by his five adoring grandchildren; Natalie, Kate, Andrew, Tom and Charlie. Survived by his sisters Madeleine and Pauline, and by brother Robert. Predeceased by brother Roland. In accordance with Andre's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service in celebration of the life of Andre Arpin, will be held in the Chapel of the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Thursday, November 24, at 10:30 am., with Reverend Sue Paterson officiating. The family will receive friends in the Chapel prior to the service from 9:30 am. until 10:20 am., and in the James Reid Reception Centre following the service. The family will gather later that same day at Little Lake Cemetery in Peterborough for the Graveside Committal Service. As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to U.H.K.F. (Kingston General Hospital Foundation) in memory of Andre. (flowers declined due to severe allergies).
