Obituary of A. Leslie MORLEY-DUNNING

MORLEY-DUNNING, A. Leslie - Leslie passed away quietly in her sleep at Helen Henderson Care Centre, on Monday, October 24, 2016 at the age of 93. Leslie (nee Miller), predeceased by her husbands Elwood Morley and Keith Dunning. She will be missed by her daughter Sharon Melnichuk (William). Proud grandmother of Kevin (Leanne) and Michael (Tiffani) Melnichuk and great-grandmother of Blake, Owen, Kylie and Carter. Leslie is survived by her sister Alice Turner and predeceased by her sister Gertrude Wilson and brothers Harald, George and Andrew Miller. A special thank-you to Dr. Osborne and to Leslie's caregivers on the retirement side of Helen Henderson Care Centre for taking such good care of Mom. Friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Thursday, October 27 from 1:00 pm until 1:50 pm. Funeral service to follow in the Chapel at 2:00 pm., with Reverend Blair Peever officiating. A reception in the Reception Centre will be held at the conclusion of the service. Private burial at Cataraqui Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Helen Henderson Residents Charitable Fund.
