Obituary of Guy Courtney BULLOCK

BULLOCK, Guy C. - WO, (Ret'd) CD, RCE Proudly served his country from 1940 - 1967 Peacefully, at Providence Manor on Saturday, September 17, 2016, in his 95th year. Guy Bullock, beloved husband of June (nee Gallagher) for 71 years. Loving father of Noel Bullock of Gananoque and Lance Bullock (Maryanne) of Kingston. Affectionately known as "Poppa" to grandsons, William Bullock (Shannon) and Peter Bullock, all of Kingston, and to great-granddaughters, Marissa and Sophia. Remembered by his nieces and nephews. Guy is predeceased by his parents, William and Florence (nee Killeen) Bullock and by his sister, Carol Gazeley. The family extends sincere gratitude to all of Guy's caregivers at Providence Manor for the exemplary care and compassion provided to him. Friends will be received at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Tuesday, September 20 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Liturgy of the Word in the Chapel on Wednesday, September 21 at 11:00 am., with Monsignor J. Lynch officiating. Interment at Cataraqui Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Kingston in Mr. Bullock's memory.
