Obituary of Roeland Johannes Hoogendoorn

HOOGENDOORN, Roeland Johannes

April 7, 1923 – October 18, 2020

On Sunday, October 18, 2020, God, in His great wisdom, called home His child, Roeland Johannes Hoogendoorn, in his 98^th year, to be forever with his Lord and Saviour.  Roeland will be lovingly remembered by Elsje, his wife of 65 years, and their children Irma, Eric (Elaine) and Calvin (Carla), 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. A private Interment will take place at the Cataraqui Cemetery.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 30^th at 11 AM in the James Reid Funeral Home Chapel (1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston ON K7M 7H3). COVID protocols will be in effect and face masks are mandatory on the funeral home premises.  RSVP’s are required for attendance at the Funeral Service and can be done by calling the funeral home at 613-544-3411.
