Dylan Carriere

Obituary of Dylan Carriere

Carriere, Dylan – Suicide has stolen our cherished son on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at the age of 18. Dylan is survived by his parents Marc Carriere (Marcia O’Brien) and Michelle Leger (Luc), brother Jacob and step-brother’s Cody Leger, Ethan O’Brien and Seth O’Brien. He will be missed terribly by his grandparents Louise Carriere (late “Pappy” Renald) and Lillian Lalonde (late Dan Lalonde) and also many other extended family and friends.

Dylan struggled through many difficulties, but even through his pain, he brought many people joy and happiness. He had a kind and caring heart. During many conversations, he would say “he wished people would be kind to each other”. During the last few days of his life, he spent time giving out care packages that he made to homeless people in downtown Kingston.

There will be a visitation for Dylan on Monday, October 5, 2020 from 2:30pm – 5:30pm at James Reid Funeral Home. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, RSVPing is required for the visitation. Please call the office at 613-544-3411 to book a time slot. A private family service will be held later.

If Dylan was able, he would have helped every animal he met so donations can be made to Kingston Humane Society in his memory to assist in that aid.
