Bev passed peacefully at home with his beloved wife at his side.  Cherished husband of Betty Howes-Sexsmith.  Loved father of Gary (Debbie), Craig (Lucy).  Stepfather of Terri, Jack (Ann), Mark (Joan) Howes.  Grandfather of Candice, Travis, step-grandfather to Tyler, Nicole, Matthew, Michael,  Tera and Emily.  Great-grandfather of Mya and Bryan and others.  Predeceased by parents Cameron and Edna, wife Denise Beaulieu, son Brian (Jackie), sister Patricia (Patrick), brother Donald (Dorothy).

Bev and Betty enjoyed many happy years together travelling the world.  Bev was a true gentleman, a loving husband and a caring family man.  He  will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered. His was a life well-lived.

The family will receive friends at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Sunday, August 16 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.  The family will gather privately at the Funeral Home on Monday, August 17 for the funeral service with Reverend Blair Peever officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Napanee. Memorial donations by cheque or credit card made to U. H. K. F. (Kingston Health Sciences Centre) or Anglican Christ Church Cataraqui would be appreciated by the family.

Mandatory COVID 19 protocols are as follows: Attendance at the visitation is limited to 30% capacity with social distancing measures in place. Guests MUST confirm their attendance at the visitation by calling James Reid Funeral Home at 613-544-3411.  Wearing of masks is mandatory.  Should you not have a mask, one will be supplied to you by the funeral home.  Social distancing rules apply.
