Andriesky Mitchell John
1926 - 2020

On July 30 , 2020 Mitch passed away peacefully after a short illness at Kingston Health Sciences Centre in his 94th year.

Mitch was born on August 20 ,1926 in the house he had lived most of his life in.
Mitch attended Cataraqui Elementary School - Sunnyside.
He graduated high school from KCVI Kingston.
In 1953 he graduated with an Arts/ Science degree from Queen's University Kingston.
Mitch was a local businessman who owned and operated an electronics business at Albert and Princess Streets.
Mitch is survived by his wife and soulmate Wilda (Harker) Andriesky.
Predeceased by his parents John and Carolina Andriesky.
He has also left behind such friends as considered family
Janice ( Hoba ) Gilmour, Mark Kallevig, Cecil Leonard, Martha Downey, Blaine Rosamund, Steven Silver.

Mitch was very engaged in his community. He was generous with his time and expertise.
He was a passionate mentor to many young people.

Mitch was an active member of the Queen's Alumni

MITCH HAD A PASSION FOR LIFE!

In keeping with Mitch's wishes cremation has taken place at James Reid Crematorium.
Unfortunately due to Covid-19 protocols a private memorial service will be held with RSVP invitation only.
