Obituary of Geneva Heaton Sands

SANDS, Geneva Heaton

Promoted to Glory on Friday, July 31st, 2020, this lover of mischief has departed.  Liberated at last from bondage, Geneva is joyfully singing, dancing and playing music... pleasures denied in recent years. Predeceased by dear parents George (Joe) Leslie Sands and Eunice Heaton Sands, Geneva is survived by devoted daughters Maria and Anna Louisa; beloved siblings John (Nadine) and Leslie (John); cherished nieces, nephews and cousins, loyal friends, as well as her spiritual family at St. Peter's Anglican Church.

Funeral arrangements for Geneva are in the care of JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME. Due to current COVID restrictions the family will gather privately at Christ Church Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Bramwell Pearce and Rev. Dr. Mike Michielin officiating. A Celebration of Geneva's life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Geneva's memory may be made to St. Peter's Anglican Church or, ALS of Canada.
