William Terrance Price – Ontario Provincial Police – Retired

William Terrance Price (Terry) passed away at the age of 87 at Providence Care Hospital in Kingston, Ontario on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

Predeceased by his mother, Sally Campbell and brother Gerry Price. Beloved husband of Muriel Laird. Loving father of Bill (Karen) Price and Lori Murphy. Much-loved step-father of Christine (Peter) Hudson and son-in-law Steve Murphy.

Loving grandfather to Jenna (Luke) Mabley, James (Melanie) Price, Sean, Mike and Brooke Murphy, Chloe, and Sydney Hudson. Loving great-grandfather to Liam, Ben and Owen.

Terry was a friend to many. He loved to talk on the phone, keeping in touch with many near and far. He always said, “if you don’t hear from me, you know what happened!” Terry was known for his sense of humour, his big laugh and his honest advice. He was a lover of all animals, especially his cat Arianna.

His family will receive friends at the James Reid Funeral Home on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 2:00 pm, with a reception to follow in the James Reid Celebration Centre.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army or the Gananoque Humane Society can be made in Terry’s memory.
