Obituary of Kenneth McGinty

Kenneth (Ken) Ralph McGinty 1962 - 2023 It is with a heavy heart we announce that Ken McGinty, of Kingston, Ontario, passed away unexpectedly in the morning of Thursday, February 23rd at 61 years of age. Loving father to his two daughters, Kaelyn and Kristen; Predeceased by his late adoptive mother, Linda; Deeply remembered by his cousin, Sherry, and longtime friend, Lisa. Born in Cobourg, Ontario, Ken was a near lifelong Kingstonian. Ken worked at Providence Care Hospital as a registered practical nurse for 28 years, retiring in 2018. He is remembered by coworkers for his sense of humour and compassion towards patients. Cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
