Obituary of Olive Eva Phillips

Olive Eva Phillips (Azulay)

 It is with great sadness that the family of Olive Phillips announce her passing at the age of 101 on December 28, 2022. Predeceased by her husband George Walter Phillips, her parents Allan and Mary Azulay of Perth Rd, her two brothers Alfred & Wilfred and her sister Marion. Loved and will be dearly missed by her children Joan (Jim), Allan (Tracey) and Katherine (Tom). She was adored and will be forever missed by her grandchildren Mark (Lesley), Nicollette (Todd), Holly (Hans), Kerrie (Chris), Brooke (James), Brad (Misty) and Brooke and Brad's mother Judy Phillips and great grandchildren Jonathan, Joshua, Michael, Miabella, Gianella, Olivia, Savanna, Riley, Aelwyn, and Eli. She will be dearly missed by her brother Ralph and sisters Freda, Doris, Alice & Verna. Olive will always be remembered as a loving and caring person who always put family and friends first and especially her love of animals. Thank you to all the staff who took such good and thoughtful care of Olive at Fairmount Nursing Home A special thank you to our dear cousin Debbie who lovingly helped with moms care.

Visitation will be held at James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 between 1:00 and 1:50 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2 pm. Interment Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. In Lieu of flowers, donations to Kingston Humane Society or Fairmount Nursing Home would be appreciated.
