Obituary of Monique Marie Therese Lorray
It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of Monique Marie Therese Lorray of Kingston, Ontario on November 23, 2022 at the Kingston General Hospital at the age of 76. Monique passed peacefully with her loving husband Michael holding her hand and family by her side.
Monique was born in Hull, Quebec to parents Therese Bouliane and Armand Larabie on September 6, 1946. Monique had worked for many years in customer service, most notably Maple Leaf Foods. She enjoyed working with people.
Monique was always a pleasant and happy person with a caring attitude and was a wonderful wife and mother. Her cooking skills were exceptionally phenomenal. She was loved by everyone; her personality was inviting and contagious. She will be missed dearly by everyone, including many nieces and nephews and other extended family.
Predeceased by her sister Claudette. Monique leaves behind her brothers Mike, Steven and Peter, her sisters Nicole, Suzanne, Darlene and Rachelle. She will be missed by her children Christine, Chantal, Line, Diane, Serge, Claude, Natasha and Lisa and her stepchildren Mark, Marlon and Sarah. Proud grandmother of Sara, Jennifer, Emily, Christopher, Daniel, Armand, Manon, Carmen, Melanie, Stephanie, Josiah, Daniela, Emmanuel, Alexis, Aliana, Marcus, Matthew, Austin and Aiden. Devoted Great-grandmother to Faith, Seth, Myralie, Aiden, Adelie, Olivia and Rosalie.
