Obituary of Wendy Christine Burns

Wendy Christine Burns passed away in her 68^th year, on Saturday, November 5^th, 2022. Wendy was pre-deceased by her parents, Jim Burns and Sylvia Goebel (Burns). Wendy was strong and courageous as she battled COPD, which sadly took her away much too soon.

Wendy was a Godsend to her late mother Sylvia and Sylvia’s husband, Gerry Goebel. Wendy will be remembered for being kind, caring, helpful, loving and for her sense of humour, her love of God and belief in prayer.

Wendy leaves behind her sister Brydie (Mike) Miller, brothers Jamie (Melanie) Burns and Robin (Jarrie) Burns, her niece Ashley (Luke) Chambers and nephews Timothy (Melodie) Burns and Adam Murphy, great-niece Ava and great-nephews Colton, Lincoln, Caiden and Asher. Wendy will be greatly missed by her much-loved friend Brenda Mahoney.

A private service will be held at a later date.
