Obituary of Joan Brandon

BRANDON, Joan Marguerite Alice (nee Tuck)

February 11, 1932 – October 24, 2022

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Joan, at Arbour Heights, at the age of 90. Joan was predeceased by her husband Jim (2012) and is survived by her loving daughters Deb Brandon (Austin Langdon) of Ottawa and Jody Brandon of Kingston.  She will be sadly missed by her little buddy Cooper.  Joan was also predeceased by her dear parents William “Bill” and Charlotte “Lottie” Tuck. A heartfelt thank you is extended to the staff at Arbour Heights for the wonderful and compassionate care that Joan received. In keeping with Joan’s wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at 12:00 pm at the Cataraqui Cemetery, 927 Purdy’s Mill Road, Kingston. All those attending, are asked to meet at the cemetery office at 11:45 am. For those who wish, donations in Joan’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer Society or to your local Humane Society.
