Obituary of Mary Dixon

It is with much love and great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mary Dixon at Trillium Care Community on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Lowell Dixon.  Loving and cherished mother of Michelle (Scott) Underhill and Laverne “Tom” (Kelly) Dixon.  Grandma will never be forgotten by her grandchildren, Tyler (predeceased), Brooklyn and Delaney Underhill and Cassandra, Emily, Emma, and Cameron Dixon.

Mary will be sadly missed by her best friend and sister, Wanda (Gordon) Fowler and brother, Claude (predeceased Gail) Jackson. 

Predeceased by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Duane and Joan Dixon, Arliss and Bill Berry.  Survived by sister-in-law, Marion Pollard.  Also fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mom is finally reunited with Dad, the love of her life.

Funeral service will be held at the James Reid Funeral Home (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Saturday, October 29 at 12:00 noon with visitation before the service at 11:00am.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or any charity of your choice would be appreciated.
