Obituary of Donald Knapp

Knapp; Donald Gordon - Passed peacefully at the KGH on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the age of 63 surrounded by some of his favourite things and with ABBA music playing in the background. Donald was the dearly loved son of Jane and Douglas Knapp, brother of Susan Fisher (Tom), Brian (Terri), Peter (Kim) and Kerry (René). Donald’s family would like to thank the doctors and staff at KGH for their excellent care. The family would also like to express their gratitude to all the caregivers at the McMichael Street Home for the many years of wonderful care and love “Donnie” received. Also sincere thanks to Dr. Simpson for his ongoing care. A Celebration of Life will be held at James Reid Funeral Home on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Memorial donations made in Donald’s memory to UHKF - Kingston Health Sciences Centre would be appreciated by the family.
