Obituary of Elizabeth Nippard

Nippard (nee Dennis), Elizabeth (Liz) Ann

1962-2022

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Liz on Tuesday October 11, 2022.

Liz was sister to Pat, Bill, and Robert Dennis. Liz was predeceased by her mom, Reta Ruggles, and her dad, Joseph Dennis.

Liz will be sorely missed by her family, her closest friends Lindsay Larigee and her son Devin Larigee whom Liz adored and was the light of her life, and Australian soulmate Michelle Lavars whom Liz considered a sister. Her family also included her furry companions’ Jazz, Charlie, Bear Bear, and Shane.

Liz will always be remembered as very kind and generous, strong-willed, and with a wild side. Liz loved the outdoors especially activities like canoeing, fishing, and riding her motorcycle.

The family will receive friends at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, on Tuesday, October 18th between 6:00 - 8:00 pm and between 10:00 and 10:50 am, Wednesday, October 19th. Immediately following there will be a service held in the James Reid Chapel at 11:00 am conducted by the Venerable John M. Robertson of St George's Cathedral. Internment will then follow at Cataraqui Cemetery.
