Johnson, Frances “Monica”

Peacefully passed away at the age of 86 on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Trillium Care Centre surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife the late Frederick Johnson. Loving mother of Michelle (Sean Ryan), Stephen, Patrick (Sherri), Sarah (Gavin Tobin) and Michael. Compassionate and loving Nana who will be dearly missed by Rory, Quinn, and Devin, Coner Ryan; Jacob (Nicole), Sadie and Connor Johnson; Evan, Aden and Luke Tobin; Andrew and Zachary Johnson. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Florence Kelly. Dear sister of Ted Kelly (Sue). She was a cherished and loving aunt to many. The family is grateful for the care and compassion given to Mom at Trillium and Kingston General Hospital Renal Unit.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (392 Palace Rd.) at 11 am. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (Renal Unit) would be appreciated.

Mom’s unconditional love and quiet strength exhibited each day of her life has made a profound and positive impact to all she has touched.
