Obituary of Marie Rose Simon
MARIE ROSE SIMON
June 21, 1939 to July 12, 2022
It is with profound sadness that the Simon Family must announce the passing of our beloved Marie Rose Simon at the age of 83 years. Marie passed away peacefully at home in Kingston, Ontario, on July 12, 2022, alongside her family who loved her deeply.
Marie was the dearly loved wife of Roy Simon for over 61 years, the endless loving mother to Gerard (Shirley), Michelle (Cal), and Sharon (Claus), and the daughter-in-law to her dearest predeceased ‘mom and dad’ (Yves and Ann). Marie was the cherished grandmother to Holly, Chelsea, Carla and Kristin, the great-grandmother to Hazel, Lillian and Zaid, and the sister-in-law and aunt to many relatives across Canada.
Marie was a beautiful soul who felt blessed to have Roy as her life partner, and she always made her family feel special, loved and a priority in her life. We will forever cherish the wonderful memories with our precious mom, who will be missed beyond belief.
