 Evalena Alice Ayling  (nee Dusharm)

Passed away peacefully in the Bayshore ALC Unit at The Windsor Retirement Residences on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at the age of 90 years. Beloved wife for 65 years of the late Kenneth. Dear mother of Allan (Bev), Wayne (Marjory - predeceased) and Brian (Nancy). Always remembered by her grandchildren Heather (Fabien), Jeffrey, Gregory and Julia. Great-grandmother of Emilie and Thomas. Survived by her sisters, Eileen Whan, Jean Lovelace, Kay Wilson, Sharon Koen (Mike) and her brother Carl (Sylvia). Predeceased by her parents Charlie and Katie, brothers Cecil and Don, and sisters Marjorie, Norma, and Shirley.

Evalena's family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and staff at the Bayshore ALC Unit for all their loving care. Family and friends will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston on Sunday, July 3, 2022 from 3 - 6 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, July 4 at 1:00 p.m. followed by Interment at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens, Glenburnie. There will be a reception afterwards at the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME for family and friends. For those who wish, donations in memory of Evalena may be made to the charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
