Chris, Willy, Sandra & Family,
Although I have only had the honour of knowing Errol for a short period of time, I was drawn to both he & Chris right from the beginning, when they first moved into our community. They are not only two of the nicest people I have ever met but extremely kind & caring.
The Errol I knew was very quiet but had a great sense of humor & hearing him laugh always filled my heart with joy. I always enjoyed sitting with him outside, either under the apple tree or by the bbq, & talking about happenings @ ‘The Barriefield’, the Blue Jays &/or their home in Florida. Errol was always so very generous with his time & talents, either sharing his plumbing skills by completing repairs to our landscaping plumbing &/or doing the same for individual owners. He did all this while refusing monetary reimbursement for doing same. The Alwards are responsible for converting part of our grounds into a beautiful garden, with Chris planting & weeding in the a.m. & Errol watering all her floral jewels in the evening. A real team effort in all they did!
My little Chihuahua, JK, also loved Errol & she is very selective about who she allows to pet her. If she saw or heard Errol’s voice off in the distance, she would go running full out to get to him! She is not the only one who will miss seeing our beloved Errol. Thank you for enriching all our lives by just being YOU! ‘Rest In Peace’, my dear friend & know that, between family & friends, your precious Chris will be in good hands!
