RODRIGUE, KATHERINE C. (KAY)

March 18, 1931 – May 11, 2022

 

It is with great sadness that the family of Katherine Clare Rodrigue (nee Doyle), announce her sudden passing. Loving wife and best friend of the late Louis (Lou 2003) Rodrigue. Proud mother of Richard (Barb) of Kingston, Chris (George) of Kingston, and Nick (Robert) of Port Hope. Very proud and much loved grandmother (Granny Kay) to Jordan, Nicholas, Brianna, Christina, Rebecca and step-grandchildren Zachary, Stephanie and Christina. Also sadly missed by many great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Mary and Thomas Doyle and siblings Anna, Thomas, Irene, Beatrice, Theresa, Ambrose and Marguerite. Resting at the James Reid Funeral Home, (1900 John Counter Boulevard). Family and friends will be received on Sunday, May 15 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (1111 Taylor-Kidd Boulevard) on Monday, May 16 at 11:00 am. Rite of Committal with Prayers to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or your charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
