Obituary of Thomas Morley Charles Murray

MURRAY, Thomas M. C.

Peacefully at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, May 7, 2022 in his 88th year.  Beloved husband of 62 years to Vivian (nee Marshall) of Glenburnie.  Loving father of Tom (Tracey-Lynne), Timothy (Jenny) and Terry (Cindy).  Affectionately known as "Grandpa" to Joshua and Austin and "Great-Grandpa" to Rowan.  Survived by siblings, Patricia Brooks (late Don), Joyce Roddy (Ted), George (Pat) and predeceased by siblings, Hugh (late Laura), Jim (Joan), Sheila Belisle (Laurent) and Paul.  Also remembered by Vivian's brother Brian Marshall (Gwen). In his retirement years, we would often find him in front of the TV cheering for his Montreal Canadiens and the Blue Jays, as he would rarely ever miss a game. The family would like to take this time to extend their deepest gratitude to all of the healthcare professionals who cared for him at the KGH during his stay. 

In accordance with Thomas' wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral.  As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre of Southeastern Ontario) or, Alzheimer Society of Kingston in Thomas' memory.
