WEBB, Olive H. "Peggy"
Peacefully, at the Carveth Care Centre in Gananoque, Peggy (nee Andrews), passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at the age of 96 . Beloved wife of 70 years to William Ralph Webb, who predeceased her in 2015. Predeceased by son John (Carolyn) of Gananoque and daughter Jean Webb (Edward) of Brockville. Loving mother to Eleen Webb of Boisbriand, QC and Rick Webb of Smith's Falls. Affectionately known as "Nannie" to 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Also fondly remembered by her numerous nieces and nephews, as well her family in England. The family wish to extend a sincere thank you to the entire staff at Carveth Care Centre for their exemplary care and compassion. Family and friends will be received at the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Friday, April 1 between the hours of 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Funeral service in the Chapel on Saturday, April 2 at 10:00 am with Rev. Don Stiles officiating. At the request of the family, masks are to be worn during the visitation, funeral and reception. Interment to follow at Olivet Cemetery in Seeley's Bay. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.
