Obituary of Paolo Vilardi

VILARDI, Paolo

Paolo passed away the morning of Sunday, March 27th, 2022. Lifelong brother of Frank Vilardi. Uncle, Great Uncle, and Nonno of Lino, Francesco, Gabriel, and Giovanna. Paolo's family will receive friends at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Boulevard, on Wednesday, March 30 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.  Liturgy of the Word will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Thursday, March 31 at 11:00 am, with Reverend John J. Brennan officiating. Cremation will follow, with the Rite of Committal and Prayers at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery on Friday, April 1 at 2:00 pm.  As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (for Providence Manor), in Mr. Vilardi's memory. Paolo will be remembered as a kind, quiet, and loving person who cared much more than he showed. He will always have a special place in our hearts, one fitting for the influence and impact he had on us, especially as a young family here in Canada. He will be greatly missed, and his memory will live on with all of us.
