Hester Felicity Naomi Bondt

Born March 7, 1944 in Norwich, Norfolk County, Great Britain. Aged 77 years. 

Married July 4, 1970 to the love of her life, Gerard Johannes Bondt. 

She is survived by her three children: son Michael & wife Janice along with their children Daniel & Adri; son Gregory & partner Edwin; son Jonathan & wife Lauren along with their children Andrew & Madeline. 

Hester was a very successful seamstress and cook. She was a very hospitable host and often invited people in for dinner. She had a soft spot in her heart for people less fortunate than herself. She connected very well with children and young people because she often saw herself as a grandmother to those that needed a bit of extra love and compassion. She was active in her church community and was well loved there. 

Hester passed peacefully in the early hours on January 24, 2022 after battling cancer.

Following cremation there will be a Celebration of Life held later this year.
