We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of Ed Malette on May 2, 2021 in Kingston at age 75. Predeceased by his wife of 54 years, Gloria Jean Malette. He will be greatly missed by his daughters Lisa (Brent) Duffy, and Kim (Stephanie) Malette, and brother Moe Malette. Loving Pop of granddaughters Alisha (Riley) Twort, Mackenzie and Paige (Connor) Duffy, and great-granddaughter Chloe Mitchell. Dearest friend of Jack and Marie French, Walter and Brenda Pennock, and Jorgen and Lisa Jensen. He was a successful businessman as owner of Ed Malette Electric in Kingston, and will be missed by his friends and colleagues at the KCA and ECA-QSL. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UHKF - University Hospitals Kingston Foundation.
