Obituary of Francis Victor Kelly
KELLY, Francis "Frank" Victor,
Peacefully, at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, Frank was received into the arms of his Lord and re-united with his devoted "Glady", on Monday, April 26, 2021. Frank Kelly, in his 94th year, beloved husband of 40 years to Gladys R. (nee Breen), who predeceased him in 2008. Son of the late Harry and Edith (nee Bond) Kelly. Predeceased by his sisters, Marie Dafnas and Pat Kelly.
Heart-felt thanks is directed to all of Frank's caregivers at the Rosewood Retirement Residence and to the compassionate staff at KGH Emergency who offered exemplary care. Frank will be remembered with love by his family and friends.
Friends are welcome to offer condolences during a Drive-Up visitation at the Reception Centre entrance of the James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Thursday, April 29 between the hours of 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm. As guests arrive, our courteous parking lot attendants will offer further guidance and remind guests that they must remain in their vehicles while offering condolences.
A private graveside service will follow at Cataraqui Cemetery with Pastor Phil Carroll officiating. A public celebration of Frank's life will be held at Kingston Gospel Temple once Covid-19 restrictions subside.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Kingston Gospel Temple in Mr. Kelly's memory.
