1934-2021

During the 5^th inning of the Toronto Blue Jays winning 6-0 vs. the New York Yankees, Joan passed away peacefully with a smile on her face at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday April 13^th, 2021. Joan was predeceased by her husband Alex McAllister (1974) and her parents Fraser (Doris) Bell. Lovingly remembered by her kids; Cathy (Steve) McDermott, Randy (Karen), Sheryl McAllister. Joan was the grandmother to Jason and Alexandra, Kyle and Katie and great-grandmother to Siara and Hunter. Joan was the sister to Ron (predeceased Caroline) Bell and Carol (Brian) McKelvey.

To keep with Covid restrictions, cremation has taken place with a family burial and a possible celebration at a later date.

On behalf of the family, a special thank you to the neighbours of Joan and to Randy Fowler for the extra support he provided to mom.
