Obituary of Louis Stanley Simpson

Simpson, Louis Stanley May 30, 1935- January 22, 2020 Louis died peacefully at home in his sleep on January 22, 2020. He was born in Gaspé, Quebec. Lovingly remembered by his wife Erika. Predeceased by his mother Mabel and father Reginald, his first wife Joyce and all his siblings; Arnold, Janice, Sheila, Ivy, Ruby. Louis worked for Northern Telecom where he started in 1956 and retired after 35 years in 1991. Louis will be missed by his children Melody (Patrick), Brant (Muriel), Darlene (Roger), Holly (Terry), Kenny (Lori), Marion (Bernie) and all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Louis will be cherished by many nephews, nieces, family and friends. There will be a visitation held at the James Reid Funeral Home on Wednesday January 29, 2020 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service is 11am on Thursday, January 30, 2020 in the James Reid Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the V.O.N or Heart and Stroke would be greatly appreciated.
