Obituary of Donald Phelan

PHELAN, Donald July 8,1925-December 23, 2019 Veteran WW 11 Fleet Air Arm - Lead Hand Air Mechanic It is with regret that we announce the death of Don in his 95th year. Survived by his wife Mona, daughters Alma (Allen Stewart), Marion (Bob Landon) and son Frank (Betty Holthaus). He leaves four grandchildren: Clark, Jay, Jonathon and Jennifer and eight great-grandchildren: Alyssa, Bruce, Cody, Cooper, Isaac, Jackson, Lily and Marcus. At his request, the family will receive friends during a visitation at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Sunday, December 29th from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at ST. JOSEPH'S CATHOLIC CHURCH (392 Palace Rd.) on Monday, December 30th at 10:30 a.m. with Rite of Committal with Prayers to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation for those who wish may be made to the charity of their choice.
