Obituary of Leo Fitzmaurice

Leo passed peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 93 years of age. Leo was predeceased by his beloved wife “Spin” Fitzmaurice and son Lorne Fitzmaurice. Leo will be forever cherished by his son Barry, daughter-in-law Kathy, grandson Brian, sisters Marie and Joan, and many nieces and nephews. The family gratefully acknowledges Dr. Charlie Barr and staff at Reddendale Family Health Centre, and everyone at Kingston General Hospital who cared for Leo with such compassion and dignity. Leo’s interment will be held privately. A special social gathering with friends and family will be held at a later date.
