It is with a broken heart we announce the passing of Ronald McCormick on September 18, 2019.  Ronald, is survived by a beloved spouse Barbara of 48 years.
A beloved father of Peter (Siri), Paul (Christine), Gordon (Lisa), Julie and stepdaughter Plessy.  Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Patrick, Doug, Vince, Ted, Megan, Nicholas, Logan, Katie and many nieces and nephews.  
In accordance with Ronald's wishes, cremation has been placed in the care of James Reid Crematorium. A Memorial Reception will be held in the JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, RECEPTION AND CELEBRATION CENTRE, 1900 John Counter Boulevard (please enter the Reception Centre from the rear parking lot), on Wednesday, October 2 between the hours of 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm with words of remembrance at 3:30 pm.  Rite of Committal with Prayers at St. Mary's Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society in Mr. McCormick's memory.
